  • Cost: Copay with insurance, or sliding scale

Hand in Hand Mother’s Program through Sentara RMH: 540-564-7006

What they provide:

  • Pre and post-natal education 

  • Meetings once a month (one-on-one) offered either virtually, or in person at a comfortable/safe location

  • Meetings consist of education and general support

  • Client assistance 

  • Post-natal follow ups and other general support

  • Diapers, wipes, and clothes

  • Cost: Free

Healthy Families of the Blue Ridge through Sentara RMH: 540-564-5661

What they provide:

  • Similar and almost identical to Hand in Hand, but with more frequent check-ins (no in-home check-ins at this time due to COVID-19) 

  • Cost: Free

Q Chat Space resource

  • "Q Chat Space online discussion groups give you a dedicated space to come  together with other youth and discuss topics relevant to your identities and experiences  It is not a forum. It is live and chat-based; there is no video or audio. Everyone is chatting during the same pre-scheduled time."

Side By Side

  • Side by Side Richmond provides daily virtual meetings and support groups for LGBTQ+ youth located *anywhere* in Virgina. Calendar on home page lists all daily meetings/groups and age range of group.
